Heiji: I'd tell ya t' get th' fuck out've Kudo's life, but he thinks he needs ya.
Haibara: How interesting, I was going to tell you the same thing.
Heiji: He knows he doesn't 'need' me. Unlike you, I'm actually his friend.
Haibara: I never wanted to be his friend, and I certainly never wanted anything to do with his innane little fan club.
Heiji: No, you just like th' fact that he's more than willin' t' keep ya out've harm's way. so long as he needs ya, he'll do everything he can t' protect ya.
Haibara: You think I like tripping over bodies every time we go somewhere? You think I like wondering when he or I are going to be the next body you have fall from the sky to land at your feet?

Haibara: So you can help him with the body that he inevitably trips over or bring your bad Osaka luck to Tokyo? Bam! Another body smashed into the pavement!
Heiji: It's not my bad luck, all right!? Those kinds of things never happen when I'm in Osaka on my own, and it's certainly not something that happens just because I'm around Kudo! At least he can act normally around me!
Haibara: Kudo's a fucking death magnet! Everywhere he goes someone either dies or nearly does! I'm stunned his little fan club isn't forbidden to be around him!
